Positive Sol Wellness’s inception began as a faint glimmer years ago and has since  grown into a bright ray of light! PSW has arrived as a dual coaching and support system that enables you to become the person you strive to be. If your needs revolve around fitness & nutrition then PSW’s Elements Program is suited for you. We also offer our dynamic mentoring program that will encourage you to cultivate your thoughts, dreams and aspirations. PSW’s Sol Mentor Program is for those 16-25 year olds that are in need of support and alignment.

Cultivated from years of living consciously. Offering wisdom to younger generations. Judging less and accepting more. Showing up for ourselves. Getting a full night’s sleep. Eating clean, organic and colorful! Savoring positive thoughts. Expanding the comfort zone. Analyzing food labels. Embracing the unknown. Resistance training. Accomplishing goals. Mentoring youth. Cardiovascular Fitness. Yoga & Pilates. Hydrating. Journaling. Meditating. Breathing… 

What we believe to be most important is having empathy to support those in need of guidance. The alignment of these traits culminate to satisfy the Sols of our clients and enable them to live a strong and healthy life. 

As our evolution was occurring, so too did the development of an instructional blueprint of health and wellness. PSW isn’t just a fitness program, nutrition plan, or support/mentoring service. It’s an intentional lifestyle that is healthy, positive and gratifying. 

We understand that it’s not about following one rigid, defined path. We believe in the road less traveled, and that everyone can do hard things. We can all push the body beyond the limits perceived by our mind. We can get back to enjoying the good parts of life. We can overcome the challenges laid out in front of us.
