Sol Mentor Program
The Sol Mentor Program is a supportive program for young adults between the ages of 16-25. All are welcome! Space is limited.
Typically, mentees are experiencing some of the following challenges.
- Poor Family Dynamics/Tense Household Relationships
- Little motivation towards life after graduation, both High School & College
- Performing poorly in academic program/school
- Poor state of health (both mental & physical)
- Poor Social Circle
- Not making personal growth a priority
- Hobbies are preventing success (think Gaming or Fantasy Football)
- To much time in front of a screen
✅ Benefit #1 All Sol Mentees learn about PSW’s 4 Core Elements of Health & Fitness. They include Proper Nutrition, Daily Movement from workouts to basic activity, Obtaining optimal sleep, & how to remain hydrated. They’ll learn how to track their metrics and then how to work on improving them!
✅ Benefit #2 Sol Mentees are supported in their academic program! Those not currently in school gain support with challenges faced at work or which ever activity is causing their stress. Alignment with personal interest is a priority whether it relates to school or the work force.

SOL Mentor Program

The Sol Mentor Program helps many different types of struggling young adults. The program is open to all young adults between the ages of 16-25. Topics can relate to Academics, Social Circles, Employement, Motivation and all things in between! We even customize the program based on your current situation.
While every young adult we encounter is in need of a differentiated program, we also recognize the need to implement PSW’s 4 Core Elements of Health & Fitness.
It’s impossible to have success if you fail to take care of yourself. Therefore all clients, regardless of the program get exposed to the 4 Core Elements of Health & Fitness!
Often we see many families that are suffereing with communication issues. It’s almost like a stalmate has occurred with neither side willing to budge. That’s where we come in. Let PSW be the voice that gets through. We look forward to being the person in the middle that helps unify the family while also holding your loved one accountable for their actions.

Strengthen Your Sol!
Together we’ll establish a fitness routine that aligns with your lifestyle and goals!
There are so many options from your local gym to group fitness to online fitness platforms to Boutique Fitness. Which one is right for you? The options can be overwhelming. Together we’ll set you up with a program that feels right.
The program you choose should be FUN & CHALLENGING! Somedays it may be difficult but overall you should look forward to strengthening your body!
You’ll also have access to some fun workouts and supplemental movements that I have currated!
Shifting your approach to Group Fitness classes and/or online fitness classes is one way to overcome motivational issues.
Why we Recomend Group Fitness:
- Efficiency: Group fitness is a class based approach where you surrender and simply work through the routine created by a professional. You show up for a class and within that designated time period you can achieve a complete workout. No need to wait for others to finish. Show Up–Work Out–Go Home!
- Camaraderie: Fitness studios tend to be a little smaller in size and intimate with camaraderie that isn’t found in your typical gym setting. A sense of community can be found at these establishments.
- Experienced Trainers: By entering into the world of group fitness you have the opportunity to work out with personal trainers! They’ll help prevent poor technique, avoid injury and help push you to make progress!

Purchasing, Preparing and Eating great food is a passion that I’m eager to share with my clients!
Together we’ll create a list that hits all of your macros, tastes great and is affordable!
We’re not eating Chicken, White Rice & Broccali!
Preparing your own food is an essential part of any nutrition program! Can’t cook? We can help with that too! It’s one of the things I love to do!
Along with meal prep, we’ll also discuss macro’s and maintaining a calorie deficit (if weight loss is a goal). We’ll be tracking all of your metrics. In time, patterns will develop that will help you move forward and understand nutrition!
Together we’ll help you understand what an optimized nutrition plan feels like. You’ll wake up energized. Have fuel to work out. Avoid digestive issues that may have plagued you in the past. And be ready to live life without reliance on caffeine, junk food or energy drinks.

Tell me about the people that will have success with the Elements Program?
Successful clients are those that are committed to self improvement. We choose to incorporate the 4 Core Elements into our lives everyday. If you go on vacation you are conscious of your nutrition. We focus on our movement both weekdays and weekends. Saturdays and Sundays aren’t for rest! Take a rest day during the week.
Hydration is a priority everyday. And sleep matters! Elements Health and Fitness isn’t just a program you take part in, it’s a lifestyle. This program teaches you a system that helps you understand how to live each day in a healthy and happy way! It’s truly mindset over everything.
Who is the ideal candidate for the Sol Mentor Program?
Any young adult between the ages of 16-24 is an ideal candidate. This generation is experiencing struggles that older generations may not understand. High School, College, graduates and those that are not in an academic program are all potential mentees! Typically we help those that are in need of personal growth or maturation. Many of our clients are spending to much time gaming or in front of a screen. And those in need of an improved state of Health & Fitness.
